AB - Ozawa et al. present a murine tumor model resembling the most frequent molecular group of human supratentorial ependymoma, ST-EPN-RELA. Their model shows RELA-fusion-based de novo ependymoma tumorigenesis in the forebrain derived from neural stem cells.
