In the context of multi-centre research initiatives and a multitude of clinical and epidemiological studies scalable and automatable measures for digital consent management are required. Modular form, structure, and contents render a patient's consent reusable for varying project settings in order to effectively manage and minimise organisational and technical efforts.Within the DFG-funded project 'MAGIC' (Grant Number HO 1937/5-1) the digital consent management service tool gICS was enhanced to comply with the recommendations published in the TMF data protection guideline for medical research. In addition, a structured exchange format for modular consent templates considering established standards and formats in the area of digital informed consent management was designed. Using the new FHIR standard and the HAPI FHIR library, the first version for an exchange format and necessary import-/export-functionalities were successfully implemented.The proposed exchange format is a 'work in progress'. It represents a starting point for current discussions concerning digital consent management. It also attempts to improve interoperability between different approaches within the wider IHE-/HL7-/FHIR community. Independent of the exchange format, providing the possibility to export, modify and import templates for consents and withdrawals to be reused in similar clinical and epidemiological studies is an essential precondition for the sustainable operation of digital consent management. 000137628 536__ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF3-317$$a317 - Translational cancer research (POF3-317)$$cPOF3-317$$fPOF III$$x0 000137628 588__ $$aDataset connected to CrossRef, PubMed, 000137628 7001_ $$aBahls, Thomas$$b1 000137628 7001_ $$aGeidel, Lars$$b2 000137628 7001_ $$00000-0003-0816-0693$$aRau, Henriette$$b3 000137628 7001_ $$aBlumentritt, Arne$$b4 000137628 7001_ $$aPasewald, Sandra$$b5 000137628 7001_ $$aWolff, Robert$$b6 000137628 7001_ $$aSteinmann, Jonas$$b7 000137628 7001_ $$aBronsch, Tobias$$b8 000137628 7001_ $$aBergh, Björn$$b9 000137628 7001_ $$0P:(DE-He78)63baa06d83c1f44c7df6dc8b856797b7$$aTremper, Galina$$b10$$udkfz 000137628 7001_ $$0P:(DE-He78)e4ad7b4e684492de43cfcb12e5397439$$aLablans, Martin$$b11$$udkfz 000137628 7001_ $$0P:(DE-He78)28406352f67b7b6d43b303a4e955147a$$aÜckert, Frank$$b12$$udkfz 000137628 7001_ $$aLang, Stefan$$b13 000137628 7001_ $$aIdris, Tarik$$b14 000137628 7001_ $$aHoffmann, Wolfgang$$b15 000137628 773__ $$0PERI:(DE-600)2118570-0$$a10.1186/s12967-018-1631-3$$gVol. 16, no. 1, p. 256$$n1$$p256$$tJournal of translational medicine$$v16$$x1479-5876$$y2018 000137628 909CO $$ooai:inrepo02.dkfz.de:137628$$pVDB 000137628 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588b)2036810-0$$6P:(DE-He78)63baa06d83c1f44c7df6dc8b856797b7$$aDeutsches Krebsforschungszentrum$$b10$$kDKFZ 000137628 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588b)2036810-0$$6P:(DE-He78)e4ad7b4e684492de43cfcb12e5397439$$aDeutsches Krebsforschungszentrum$$b11$$kDKFZ 000137628 9101_ $$0I:(DE-588b)2036810-0$$6P:(DE-He78)28406352f67b7b6d43b303a4e955147a$$aDeutsches Krebsforschungszentrum$$b12$$kDKFZ 000137628 9131_ $$0G:(DE-HGF)POF3-317$$1G:(DE-HGF)POF3-310$$2G:(DE-HGF)POF3-300$$3G:(DE-HGF)POF3$$4G:(DE-HGF)POF$$aDE-HGF$$bGesundheit$$lKrebsforschung$$vTranslational cancer research$$x0 000137628 9141_ $$y2018 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0100$$2StatID$$aJCR$$bJ TRANSL MED : 2015 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0200$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bSCOPUS 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0300$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bMedline 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0310$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bNCBI Molecular Biology Database 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0501$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bDOAJ Seal 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0500$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bDOAJ 000137628 915__ $$0LIC:(DE-HGF)CCBYNV$$2V:(DE-HGF)$$aCreative Commons Attribution CC BY (No Version)$$bDOAJ 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0600$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bEbsco Academic Search 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0030$$2StatID$$aPeer Review$$bASC 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0199$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bThomson Reuters Master Journal List 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0111$$2StatID$$aWoS$$bScience Citation Index Expanded 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)0150$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bWeb of Science Core Collection 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)1110$$2StatID$$aDBCoverage$$bCurrent Contents - Clinical Medicine 000137628 915__ $$0StatID:(DE-HGF)9900$$2StatID$$aIF < 5 000137628 9201_ $$0I:(DE-He78)G230-20160331$$kG230$$lMedizinische Informatik in der Translationalen Onkologie$$x0 000137628 980__ $$ajournal 000137628 980__ $$aVDB 000137628 980__ $$aI:(DE-He78)G230-20160331 000137628 980__ $$aUNRESTRICTED
