AB - T cells and their effector functions, in particular the canonical cytotoxicity of CD8+ T cells involving perforin, granzymes, Fas ligand (FasL), and tumor necrosis factor related apoptosis inducing ligand (TRAIL), are crucial for tumor immunity.
