Due to diffuse metastatic spread in the liver, patients often develop hepatomegaly and secondary, portal hypertension which may lead to splenomegaly. This study aimed to compare spleen volumetry and the change of spleen volume (SV) for the evaluation of HAIC treatment response. In this study, 179 UM patients (mean age 64.8 ± 11.0y, 53 %K Humans %K Uveal Neoplasms: pathology %K Uveal Neoplasms: drug therapy %K Female %K Melanoma: drug therapy %K Melanoma: pathology %K Melanoma: secondary %K Melanoma: diagnostic imaging %K Middle Aged %K Male %K Liver Neoplasms: secondary %K Liver Neoplasms: drug therapy %K Liver Neoplasms: diagnostic imaging %K Infusions, Intra-Arterial %K Spleen: pathology %K Spleen: diagnostic imaging %K Uveal Melanoma %K Aged %K Hepatic Artery %K Organ Size %K Retrospective Studies %K Tomography, X-Ray Computed %K Treatment Outcome %K hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy (Other) %K liver metastases (Other) %K spleen size (Other) %K survival (Other) %K uveal melanoma (Other) %F PUB:(DE-HGF)16 %9 Journal Article %$ pmid:40959926 %2 pmc:PMC12441889 %R 10.2478/raon-2025-0047 %U https://inrepo02.dkfz.de/record/304599
