Abstract: When a method comparison study is performed, the aim is to evaluate the agreement of measurements of different methods. We present the Bland-Altman plot with limits of agreement as the correct analysis methodology. We also discuss other scaled and unscaled indices of agreement and commonly used inappropriate approaches.
