Abstract: We report sustained remission of chronic active EBV infection in a 27-year-old female patient treated with third-party EBV-specific T-cells followed by allogeneic HSCT. The viremia cleared after administration of anti-T-lymphocyte globulin for GvHD prophylaxis. Subsequent expansion of EBV-infected host T-cells was controlled by transfusion of donor-derived EBV-specific T-cells.
