Abstract: Increasing survival rates following cancer diagnoses, combined with demographic aging, have resulted in a growing population of long-term survivors. Many of these individuals face persistent and late-onset effects of oncological treatments. This article examines the most common sequelae associated with traditional treatment approaches, presents emerging evidence on innovative therapies, and explores their impact on patients' quality of life.
