Abstract: In this issue of Cancer Cell, Ott et al. use integrative analysis of histone ChIP-seq and ATAC-seq to describe enhancer-based regulatory circuits in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. This work identified and validated transcription factor PAX5 as main driver of an oncogenic circuitry, which can be disrupted by BET bromodomain inhibition.
